Italy — starts at 16:00 Moscow time
Chile — starts at 22:00 Moscow time
All other countries’ call centers operate as normal.

📌 December 31:
Chile — the day ends at 22:00 Moscow time
All other countries’ call centers will be open until 16:00 Moscow time

📌 January 1:
Chile — starts at 22:00 Moscow time
All other countries’s call centers will be open at 16:00 Moscow time
