Hi everyone! In this case, the publisher took the risk of testing our new product Psoriaderm and was right! Now we give him the floor:
Getting rid of psoriasis is a hot topic in the spring-summer season. In February 2023, we decided to try a new niche for ourselves, and I turned to our manager at Webvork. She advised testing a psoriasis offer, and specifically Psoriaderm, in Spain and Italy.
Your set for testing and scaling:
Hosting Inferno aka “🔥” that doesn’t respond to complaints and does not demolish domains;
Keitaro;
A couple of dozen .com domains;
Tons of accounts of varying degrees of farming and trend accounts;
5 pre-landing pages;
3 landing pages;
A couple of dozen creatives.
Campaign approach preparation
Here we started with something simple: we took Spain and Italy into the test, the 2 best GEOs from Tier-1 Europe, in our opinion. Pre-landing and landing pages from the affiliate program were taken as templates and the copy was rewritten by GPT; the creative we took from Adhert for the initial upload and tests.
Accounts: At that time, there appeared accounts for Egyptian pounds with cashback, so we took them into the work.
Proxy: private European mobile proxies.
The first launches were trained on the usual 50 limited ad accounts, trend accounts, and self-registered accounts. It was a little frustrating while we were looking for an approach, but after the first weeks of work the situation stabilized.
The results were mediocre, which means we had to start optimizing.

Main campaign launch
As a result, we only left Italy, because it gave more stable results. We started with creatives, the approaches are standard for nutra: weird images indicating the disease, a doctor + weird images indicating the disease, weird images indicating the disease + a photo of the product (the weird image indicating the disease in this case – spots on the skin).
Creative examples:

The pre-landing pages were rewritten, leaving the templates from the affiliate network, as I said earlier. This had a positive effect in the form of improved noticeability, the landing was left raw from the affiliate network, and the conversion was excellent immediately.

The campaign approach set was ready and gave stable results, then it was a matter of scaling. The main volume of traffic was driven from strong Business Manager accounts with $250 limit; we trained approaches to our creatives at the beginning of the driving, so there were no problems with rejections and bans;a the average spend per account was around $800, one ad buyer easily maintained the volume by launching 1 account per week.
After all the tests and finding the best creatives, they uploaded accounts according to the 1-8-1 scheme, starting with a microbudget for the ad set, every day increasing the budget for those that were working, and disabling those that did not give the desired results.
After several months of work, the following results were obtained: the main audience was people of 35+ years of age, most of the leads came from mobile traffic of the Facebook feed.

The division by GEO looks like this:

Results
We managed to get a good return on investment with little time spent on work. In June, we plan to update the campaign approach and work together with Webvork again, since this was not the first experience of working together – every time we are pleased with the payout rate and acceptable approval rates, the manager’s awareness and involvement in the work, the work with call centers isn’t dry, but brings real results.
For all expenses, including domains, hosting, proxies and accounts, it took about $750 for the entire time, the budget was a little bigger – $10,000, 1591 leads came to the affiliate program, the approval rate was 36%, which we were pleased with. As a result, we earned more than $11,000 net.
We hope this case came in handy!
